Do you want to reissue an accident report, get a lost item certificate, or avail a certificate of conduct in Dubai? Five such services will now be available online only.

In case you still visit a service kiosk, police representatives will guide you to use the services online, and if you insist that the representatives process your application, you need to pay an additional fee of 100 AED. Doesn’t it make sense to simply avail e-services on the go, at a much lesser cost?

“Anyone can get these services on our application, police website and kiosks available in the country,” Major-General Dr Abdul Qudoos Abdul Razzaq Al Obaidly, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Quality and Excellence told Gulf News.

Where to find these services online? In case you are reading this on a smart phone, simply download the Dubai Police app on Android or iOS, and you have all these services a tap away. If you are reading this on a desktop, just click one of the links below and you will be there!

On the website, use a service by clicking on the Access Service button, and read all relevant information.

Aren’t used to these smart services? It’s high time you catch up with thousands of people in Dubai who are already benefitting from these. Dubai Police’s smart services have witnessed around 351,563 transactions in the first half of this year, and 2017, and 1,132 among these were made from outside the United Arab Emirates.
